Specifics on Supplements:
There are a lot of ways to represent supplemental issues, and this is not the definitive guide. However, here is a sampling of possible supplements and how they might be set up in the abhwretro XML.
When you have a standalone "supplemental issue", do not use the regular <Volume> or <Issue>, instead use the special fields set aside for <SupplVolume> and <SupplIssue>. Examples:

    Issue-attached Volume Supplements (1-9 supplements per issue in the volume):

If you encounter a supplement in your content, and it's an odd configuration, please let your HighWire contact know and they will investigate the correct way to tag the information.


Copyright --
The name of the copyright holder.
RelatedArticle --
For example, in a correction, you could include a RelatedArticle line to link to the original article.
   Attributes:
   Type -- consists of either "iti" (in this issue), "err" (erratum/correction), or "ret" (retraction).
   Volume -- Volume number of the item being linked to.
   Issue -- Issue number of the item being linked to.
   FirstPage -- Firstpage number of the item being linked to.
ArticleTitle --
The main title of the article.
SubTitle --
The subtitle of the article.
FirstPage --
The first page number of the article.
If an article is one of several on the same page, sub-pages should be used, in the following order (using an example page "99"):
  first article has page number of "99".
  second article has page number of "99-a".
  third article has page number of "99-b".
  etc.
LastPage --
The last page number of the article.
AuthorList --
Contains author information:

Editors --
Information on editors, if any. See "Author" for definitions of name elements.

DocumentType --
The top level descriptor of the article. For example, "Article", or "Editorial".
TOCSection --
The name of the section the article fits into on the table of contents, if different than DocumentType.
TopicCollection --
Used if the article should be further categorized into a subject collection/s.
Correspondence --
How to contact corresponding author/s
KeyWord --
Can be used multiple times, for each keyword in an article.
History --
Contains PubDate lines.
Abstract --
The abstract of the article.
Notes --
Funding acknowledgments, other info on the article that doesn't fit elsewhere.
Character Formatting:
   sup -- superior in text
   inf -- inferior in text
   it -- italic
   b -- bold
   unl -- underline
   scp -- small caps
   p -- paragraph
