The Word template was developed for use by publishers and editors to create CME courses in a Word format, which is then converted to HW CME XML by a vendor.
The DTD is used by both publishers and conversion vendors.
The DTD usage notes are for publishers, conversion vendors, and HighWire staff. Please bookmark it, as notes are added frequently.
